Safety Incidents Module

The SBC Incident and Hazard System allows for the capture of all notifiable Incidents through the SBC Incident Module. The definition of 'notifiable incident' varies from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, but is generally considered to be as follows:

• The Death of a Person, or;
• The Serious Injury or Illness of a Person, or;
• A Dangerous Incident.

Various State and Commonwealth legislation requires the State Regulator to be notified of certain 'notifiable incidents'. The SBC Incident System will assist in the tracking of associated legislative timeframes, causes, treatments, facts, evidence such as photos, videos etc that will required to be submitted to the State Regulator.
